While Mobile Legends: Bang Bang has grown immeasurably around the globe, the teams are often only known to fans in the Southeast Asia and Brazilian region. However, as the game continues to expand, big organisations are starting to take notice. The upcoming M3 World Championships is seeing this right now, with Moonton expanding its qualifiers to new regions, while also bringing in many regions which missed out on the second iteration of the event. Now, one of the biggest organisations in the CIS region is entering the MLBB scene, as they pick up a roster.
Natus Vincere, known in the Dota 2 and CS:GO fields especially, have announced their entrance into MLBB, and M3, as they pick up the Deus Vult roster. Having dominated the Mobile Legends Mythic League qualifiers, Deus Vult reigned supreme, and who better to pick them up than NAVI, a long-standing CIS organisation filled with an abundant history of greatness. In 2019, at M1, Deus Vult were the sole CIS roster, having battled through the Russian Local Qualifiers – but unfortunately, due to the ongoing global pandemic, many teams were unable to participate at M2. With that in mind, the team blasted through the competition again, gaining access to M3 – and catching the eye of NAVI.
Stanislav “SAWO” Reshniak, captain of the new NAVI MLBB roster, had the following to say about their new organisation,
We are glad to be a part of the NAVI esports club. It is a big step for us and our region in Mobile Legends. We have a huge motivation to show our best at the upcoming championship. We look forward to your support!”
The full roster for NAVI MLBB is:
- Stanislav “SAWO” Reshniack
- Kemiran “Sunset Lover” Kochkarov
- Rusian “Lil” Degtev
- Andriy “Defender” Martynenjo
- Maxim “Nagib” Dudich
- Alexandr “WarBarbie” Korystin (Coach)
While the team will be facing off against some of the best teams in the world, this CIS roster will be invigorated by having the NAVI brand behind them and look to cause some huge upsets. The M3 World Championships kick off on December 6th, with a gigantic $800,000 prize pool on the cards. Stay tuned to our MLBB page for all the information on the event.
