Jackson Wang joins a star-studded lineup for the Worlds 2022 Opening Ceremony

Lil Nas X is turning the Worlds 2022 Opening Ceremony into a full-blown festival.

The President of Riot Games, Lil Nas X has made an official announcement regarding the Worlds 2022 Opening Ceremony. Joining Lil Nas X on the main stage will be none other than Jackson Wang, Eddy Hayes, and Louis Leibfried. The opening ceremony will take place on the day of the grand finals, November 5.

With his official anthem "STAR WALKIN" already out, we can expect that to be one of the songs Lil Nas X will be performing. As the unofficial official President of League of Legends, Lil Nas X also had a hand in designing a prestige skin for the upcoming new champion, K'Sante.

But Lil Nas X isn't the only one who has something in the works for Riot's first LGBTQ champion. Fellow performer at the Chase Centre, Jackson Wang will be debuting his new single "Fire to the Flame", which is also a promotional track for the game's new Empyrean skin line. This will be available for the new champion as well.

While the other two may not be household names, you will be surprised as to what they can bring to the table. Edda Hayes is known for her cover of the Worlds 2020 official anthem, "Warriors" by Imagine Dragons alongside 2WEI. As for Louis Leibfried, he also worked with both Hayes and 2WEI on "The Call", which was used for the League of Legends 2022 season cinematic.

Now that you know what both musicians are known for, you can somewhat expect how the opening ceremony will go come November 5.
