Organized by PVP Live, the Tavern Takeover Invitational will feature eight players and a four-digit prize pool to air on May 10th.
PVP's official press release speaks of an entire series of Tavern Takeover events to continue throughout 2014. The first stop - the Tavern Takeover Invitational - will feature eight of the best known streamers and competitive players in Hearthstone all battling in a single elimination bracket for the lion's share of the $3,000.
Invited are arena masters Ek0p and Trump, alongside constructed masterminds Savjz and Reynad and gaming veteran Kungen. They will be joined by selected members of the Managrind and Clarity teams - currently competing at ESGN Fight Night - namely Realz, Puffin and ThatsAdmirable.
