Eight new Secret Lair drops are coming, with crossover cards, bundles, and a special Maze of Ith promo.
Magic: The Gathering is packing its next Secret Lair Superdrop with some massive crossovers. Wizards of the Coast has revealed the Secret Lair: Corn Maze Superdrop, an eight-drop collection headlined by collaborations with KPop Demon Hunters, Marvel Zombies, and Jim Henson's Labyrinth. The sale begins on 12 October, with every individual drop available in both foil and non-foil editions.
Labyrinth is getting the biggest share of the release, with three separate drops covering Jareth, Sarah, Hoggle, Ludo, Sir Didymus, and several scenes and locations from the 1986 fantasy film.
The Corn Maze Superdrop also includes an Artist Series collection from Veronique Meignaud, a full set of Mirrodin artifact lands from See Machine, and a Treefolk-themed collection, alongside three bundles covering different combinations of the eight drops.
When does the MTG Secret Lair Corn Maze Superdrop go on sale?
The Secret Lair: Corn Maze Superdrop goes on sale on 12 October at 9.00 AM PT/12.00 AM SGT on 13 October through MagicSecretLair.com.
Wizards will once again use a pre-queue system for the launch. The pre-queue opens one hour earlier at 8.00 AM PT/11.00 PM SGT on 12 October, and customers can enter by adding any product to their cart and proceeding to checkout.
Anyone already in the pre-queue when the sale begins will be randomly assigned a place in line. Customers who proceed to checkout after 9.00 AM PT/12.00 AM SGT will instead enter the queue in the order they arrive. Adding products to a cart does not reserve them. Wizards says products are only secured once checkout has been completed. Orders over US$99 will also qualify for free shipping, subject to the terms listed on the Secret Lair website.
Secret Lair Corn Maze Superdrop includes a Maze of Ith Labyrinth promo
The Corn Maze Superdrop also comes with a special spending promotion tied to Labyrinth. Customers will receive one foil Maze of Ith reskinned as "The Labyrinth" for every US$199 spent, while supplies last. That means qualifying purchases can earn multiple copies of the promo, depending on the total order value.
