Some expansions change the meta. This one might just melt your heart instead.
Sometimes the biggest reason to open another pack isn't chasing the strongest card in the meta. It's because a sleeping Snorlax, a cheerful Pikachu or an adorable Piplup is simply too hard to pass up.
That's exactly the angle Pokémon Trading Card Game Pocket is taking with its next expansion. Everyday Wonders launches on Monday, 29 June at 6.00 PM PDT / Tuesday, 30 June at 9.00 AM SGT, bringing a collection centred on cosy artwork and everyday Pokémon moments rather than intense battles.
Pikachu, Piplup, Snorlax, Greedent and Sylveon headline the expansion, with colourful illustrations showing Pokémon napping, posing sweetly and enjoying themselves. Details about the expansion was released on the official website on Wednesday (24 June), with a trailer announcement released on YouTube and X (formerly Twitter):

What is included in Pokémon TCG Pocket's Everyday Wonders expansion?
The first trailer for Everyday Wonders offered a preview of several new cards arriving in the expansion, while Pokémon also shared more details about its cosy theme.

Among the revealed cards are Pikachu, Piplup, Sylveon, Dedenne ex, Hisuian Zoroark ex, Mega Diancie ex, and a new Snorlax, alongside Growlithe, Yamper, Fidough, and Rockruff, which all share the new Puppy Pile attack.
The trailer also showcased several new mechanics. Sylveon can restore 30 HP to one of your Pokémon each turn while it has a Tool attached, Dedenne ex becomes stronger the more Tools your Pokémon are carrying, Small Balloon lowers a Basic Pokémon's Retreat Cost by one, while Hisuian Zoroark ex and Mega Diancie ex offer attacks that can ramp up their damage under the right conditions.
Away from the battles, The Pokémon Company said Everyday Wonders focuses on "the charming and cozy aspects of the Pokémon Trading Card Game", with colourful illustrations showing Pokémon sleeping, relaxing, posing for the camera, or simply enjoying everyday life.

That theme carries across the revealed artwork. Snorlax is fast asleep, Fidough is baking bread, Yamper is curled up with a toy, while Pikachu, Piplup, and Sylveon headline some of the expansion's standout illustrations. Players will also be able to customise their collection with matching backdrops and covers featuring the expansion's Pokémon when they become available on Tuesday, 30 June.
When are the Pokémon TCG Pocket Everyday Wonders events?
The expansion won't arrive on its own. Throughout July, Pokémon Trading Card Game Pocket will roll out several events designed to reward both battling and collecting. Early to mid-July will feature the Everyday Wonders Emblem Event, where players can earn emblems based on battle victories while completing missions to earn shinedust and other helpful items.
Mid-July then shifts the focus towards trading during the Community Week event. Special missions will encourage players to trade and share cards to obtain trade hourglasses, special accessories, and other rewards.
Mid-to-late July, players can take on special solo battles during the Hisuian Zorua Drop Event to earn B series vol. 10 promo packs featuring Hisuian Zorua. Growlithe and Emolga cards will also be available through a wonder pick event.

More cards will be revealed when the expansion goes live, but players can jump into Everyday Wonders when it launches on Monday, 29 June at 6.00 PM PDT / Tuesday, 30 June at 9.00 AM SGT.
