Roblox Grow A Garden adds new enemy, Wasp King, and more rewards to its third Bizzy Bee update

Grab your pitchforks.

Over the past two weeks, gardeners have been busy pollinating and grinding for Honey-themed rewards as part of the Bizzy Bee update in Roblox’s Grow A Garden.

However, the latest weekend update introduces something different, blending gardening with combat, turning your working bees into soldiers. This update sees the arrival of the Wasp King, new seeds, pets, higher egg rarities, and more including those for your main garden.

Take a look at everything new in Grow A Garden’s Bizzy Bee Event Week 3 below. Also head over to our Week 1 and Week 2 highlights, if you missed the updates.

What is the Wasp King and how do you defeat it?

The highlight of the third-week Bizzy Bee update is the arrival of the Wasp King. It is an enemy creature that spawns on the map every 10 minutes and remains inoffensive unless attacked.

Before the Wasp King appears, a wave of wasps will spawn first. To defeat them, you and other gardeners on the server can rally your working bees to fight the creatures. You can also help take them down faster by attacking them with your Shovel.

During the battle, your working bees can take damage and die, but they will simply respawn at your base after a short period.

Teaming up with friends is the easiest and fastest method to take down the Wasp King, especially as it has 1,000 HP, making it a particularly tanky enemy.

There is also a newly added Combat branch on the Upgrade Tree–which we highly recommended to use. Combat upgrades allow your working bees to gain increased damage, lifesteal, critical damage, health, faster respawn times, attack speed boosts, and improved loot rewards.

What rewards can you get from the Wasp King?

Upon defeat, the Wasp King drops one or several chests containing rewards, including brand-new items. You will also receive Honey Coins and Royal Jelly drops while attacking the Wasp King.

The possible reward drops from the Wasp King are as follows:

  • 15–45 Honey Coins
  • 3–8 Royal Jelly
  • 1–2 Stinger Reed seeds
  • Common Bee Egg
  • Honey Hive Seed Pack
  • Spiketail seed
  • Rare Bee Egg
  • Mythical Bee Egg
  • Transcendent Bee Egg
  • Royal Rose seed
  • Prince Wasp pet

Several new additions stand out from the reward lineup. There are two news seeds added, Stinger Reed and Spiketail. The gorgeous Transcendent Bee Egg is also now the highest-rarity Bee Egg available in the Honey Garden. The egg grants one pet from the following lineup: Necromancer Bee, Chrono Bee, Chaos Bee, Overlord Bee, and the rarest of them all, Genesis Bee.

The Prince Wasp is the rarest drop from the Wasp King, a limited Mythical pet with two abilities. It can pollinate fruits in your garden and sting another pet with the highest ability cooldown to reduce it.

What new pets are added in the Bizzy Bee Week 3 event?

Apart from the bee-related pets, two more new pets have been added to Grow A Garden’s roster.

The Black Spotty Dragon is a Prismatic pet obtainable from the Black Spotty Egg with a 100% hatch chance. It can apply the Spotty mutation to fruits, giving them blue and pink spots.

Next is the Moss Wyvern, a Divine pet obtainable by reaching Level 47 in Season 5 of the Season Pass. It occasionally converts Verdant or Resplendent mutations into the Sylvan mutation while also granting XP to other pets. When selling a fruit with the Sylvan mutation, it can also apply one of its mutations to other fruits in your garden.

What new seeds are added in the Bizzy Bee Week 3 event?

A lineup of new seeds has been added to the new Season 5 Pass Seed Pack. For 150 Pass Points, you can obtain the seed pack, which grants one seed from the following lineup:

  • Starbloom Daisy – 40% chance
  • Cocoa Pod – 25% chance
  • Astrobush – 20% chance
  • Lumi Shroom – 10% chance
  • Sweetheart Flower – 4.5% chance
  • Bendbark – 0.5% chance

Players can also directly purchase the brand-new Prismatic seed, Pinkfruit Palm, from the Season Pass. Of course, with every Season Pass update, players can also obtain a new crate featuring a fresh lineup of cosmetics.
