Minecraft players will be able to explore the Heeler household from 5 February, when Bluey officially joins the game. According to a post on the official Bluey website, fans of Bluey and Minecraft can “play, explore and create” with Bluey DLC: Bluey’s House. Developed by Jigarbov Productions in partnership with BBC Studios and Ludo Studio, the DLC lets players fully immerse themselves in the Heeler home.
Players can meet Bluey, Bingo, Mum and Dad while reliving memorable moments from the series. The update allows players to search for hidden keys throughout the house, guided by Bluey and her family, “unlocking new rooms and areas as they progress.” The DLC turns the Heeler household into an interactive Minecraft space filled with surprises and familiar locations.
Minigames from the show are also included in this DLC. Players can take part in I-Spy, Hide and Seek, and Ragdoll, with plenty of hidden extras to discover throughout the house. The content is designed for both solo play and multiplayer sessions, giving friends the chance to explore together and complete challenges side by side.
Players can explore the Heeler house and uncover secrets
The Heeler home is recreated with attention to detail, capturing the lived-in and colourful feel of the show. Every room offers something new, from secret areas to interactive objects and playful touches that reward exploration. Players can approach the house at their own pace, experimenting with items, unlocking mini-games, or discovering hidden spaces.
Multiplayer adds another layer of engagement, allowing friends to navigate the house together and find keys across different rooms. From exploring the staircase to triggering mini-games, there is a mix of activities to keep players exploring.
Minecraft has collaborated with different TV shows for DLC releases in the last year. The Dragon Ball Z DLC, released in November, turned Minecraft into a fighting game, and the Stranger Things DLC in December brought the Upside Down to the game.
Bluey’s House will be available globally on the Minecraft Marketplace from 5 February, offering Minecraft players and Bluey fans a chance to step into the Heeler world in a fully interactive environment.
