SADBOYS have rebranded to PENTA ACE (PENTACE) and taken on two new players for the upcoming DPC 2021 Season 2 .
Peter "PPD" Dager's revival of SADBOYS and his return to competitive play had been sub-par. Although they were able to at hold on to their upper-division spot for another shot next season, PPD stepped away from the team.
It wasn't the only change for the North American squad. They also changed out player David "dnm" Cossio, added two NA veterans, Eric "Ryoya" Dong and Zakari William Lee "Zfreek" Freedman, and then renamed and rebranded themselves.
The new lineup has been directly invited and is currently playing in BTS Pro Series Season 5 (yes, did you not realize that it was even going on??? -- it has-- since March 2!). They are currently at the top of their group with a 7:1 series record. A much better performance than what was seen during the DPC 2021 Season 1 league play.
