The Summit 6 regional qualifiers concluded today with EHOME claiming the last qualifying spot.
EHOME had a crushing performance in the Chinese qualifiers for The Summit 6. They reached the grand finals undefeated to claim their spot into the main event with a 3-1 victory over LGD Gaming. EHOME’s veteran and team captain, Zhang 'LaNm' Zhicheng, played three amazing games on Rubick, being one of the key factors for his team’s victory.
Although EHOME now has Liu 'Sylar' Jiajun in the carry role, a player known for taking his time to farm his late game heroes, LaNm broke the standards for him with fast pace drafts and early fighting carry heroes. And surprisingly enough, Sylar played a mid lane Pugna twice in today’s grand finals. As a matter of fact, EHOME played a lot of pushing strategies through the entire bracket, giving Sylar heroes like Drow Ranger, Lycan and the aforementioned Pugna.
With the Chinese qualifiers ending today, all the eight teams attending The Summit 6 are now known. The LAN event will be held in the BTS house from Los Angeles, California on November 16th-20th with a $100,000 prize pool.
