In the crucial Lower bracket Best of one games LGD, Virtus Pro and CDEC fail to progress as they get eliminated from the Nanyang Championships.
Day 4 of the Nanyang championship kicked off with the lower bracket games. The first one being a matchup between the Chinese giants LGD and CDEC Gaming. It has been a rough tournament for both these teams and it ultimately came down to this game. LGD and CDEC had good drafts but the initiation and ganking potential for CDEC was too much to handle. With point on initiations from Sun'Aggressif' Zheng’s Slardar and proper follow up from the rest of the team, they were able to get several pick offs which gave them an early advantage. Later LGD tried to salvage the game with a Divine Rapier on Lu'Maybe'Yao’s Ember Spirit but in vain. With a substantial lead in networth, experience and kills, CDEC comfortably won and progressed into the third round of lower bracket were they will face EHOME.

The second game of the day was the clash of European teams Virtus Pro and Team Liquid. After losing to Secret 2-0 in the upper bracket, Virtus.Pro came on to face Team Liquid who defeated Digital Chaos earlier. In an all European affair, both teams looked strong. The teams had standard draft picks until the moment when Team Liquid surprised us and VP with a Huskar last pick. The game looked disastrous for Virtus.Pro as Lasse'Matumbaman'Urpalainen on his Huskar started dominating and looked un-killable. Failing to defend, VP lost to Team Liquid and were eliminated from the Nanyang Championships.

The final lower bracket best of one game was EHOME against CDEC. Ehome who lost to their Chinese counterparts Vici Gaming. This game being decisive for both teams, Ehome decided to play aggressive. Chen'Cty'Tianyu on the Queen of Pain played without mercy destroying CDEC Gaming in 29 mintues which means that CDEC will end here their Nanyang experience while EHOME will play Team Liquid the trird round of Lower Bracket.
