More details have been announced for the upcoming StarLadder XII finals at DreamHack Bucharest this weekend. The eight participants have been placed in a double-elimination bracket, and they will receive their share of the $127,000 depending on their final placement.

Yet another StarLadder season is about to conclude, as the tournament's LAN playoffs are fast approaching. However, Season XII marks the end of an era for the CIS competition, as the event will take place at DreamHack Bucharest, in Romania, instead of the traditional Cyberarena of Kiev. The current prizepool is $150,000, a significant increase over the previous season.

As seen above, the eight participants have been placed in a double elimination bracket, and they will play BO3 matches until they reach the BO5 Grand Final. From a spectator's point of view, the opening matches are rather promising. The draw seems to have favored ViCi Gaming, as they have been placed against the StarLadder newcomers London Conspiracy. Team MY will also be showing their new roster for the first time in an international LAN, and it will be interesting to see how they fare against the renovated Secret Team
