Dreamleague Season 3 invited teams and casting crew announced

DreamLeague returns next week for its third season, with the main qualifiers kicking-off on April 6th. The four teams that receive a direct invitation to the main league have also been announced, as well as the casting crew for the tournament's online and LAN phases.

The third season of ASUS ROG DreamLeague is right around the corner, with the tournament's Main Qualifier #1 scheduled to take place next week. Four qualified and four invited teams will fight for a spot in the main league of the competition. The quarter finals of the qualifier will take place on April 6th and 7th, followed by the semi finals and grand final on April 8th and 9th respectively.

Additional details have been announced regarding the tournament's main league. Four teams have been directly invited to this phase, selected based on their previous achievements in the competition and their presence in the Western scene. These teams will be joined by the four winners of the qualifiers. The eight competitors will then form a big round-robin group, and they will face each other once in best-of-two matches. The two teams with the least amount of points by the end of the matches will be eliminated, while the rest will advance to the LAN finals at DreamHack Summer.

Much like the previous season, the DreamLeague organization has made sure to hire a group of skilled casters for high quality coverage of the competition. Jorien 'Sheever' van der Heijden and Shane 'Shaneomad' Clarke have been selected to host the event, while Andy 'Draskyl' Stiles and Owen 'ODPixel' Davies will be the in-game commentators.
