i-League: VP also pulls out, HGT to replace

ImbaTV has yet another team pulling out of their tournament, as Virtus.pro, winner of the European qualifier, has pulled out of the tournament. With HyperGloryTeam as the replacement, only one Western team remains to compete at i-League - Lajons.

Only a few days remain until i-League Season 2 kicks-off and yet another team pulls out. European representative Virtus.pro will not travel to China, as one of their players has been stricken with a severe illness and is thus unable to make the trip. No other European player would have been able to apply for a visa in time to stand-in, forcing Virtus.pro to rely on a Chinese stand-in. The team opted rather not to attend and has thus pulled out. Only a Chinese team could be considered as a replacement, thus HyperGloryTeam will be attending i-League's second LAN event in their stead.

This will leave i-League with only one Western representative left, as North-American representatives Cloud9 have previously dropped out as well. Swedish team Lajons will be the only non-Asian team and only two non-Chinese teams will be present with MVP.Phoenix representing the South-East Asian region.

Participating teams:
China Vici Gaming (Direct Invite, defending champions)
China Invictus Gaming (Cloud9's replacement)
China LGD (Winner of professional Chinese qualifier)
China Speed Gaming (Winner of professional Chinese qualifier)
China Big God (Winner of semi-pro Chinese qualifiers)
Korea MVP.Pheonix (Winner of SEA qualifiers)
China HyperGloryTeam (Virtus.pro's replacement)
Sweden Lajons (Hell Raisers's replacement)
