Scandal leaves VPP, Mag hot prospect

Following the departure of their designated leader Goblak, Virtus.pro Polar has lost yet another player. Roman 'Scandal' Sadotenkov has left the team and former Team Empire player Andrew 'Mag' Chipenko seems to be a possible replacement.

Yesterday, Virtus.pro (Polar) has announced that their midlaner Roman 'Scandal' Sadotenkov has abruptly left the team as soon as the departure of former captain Artur 'Goblak' Kostenko was official. Apparently, no communication between Scandal and the managment took place and no reason was stated as to why Scandal left. The midlaner has been replaced on short notice with former Team Empire player Andrew 'Mag' Chipenko, who will play with the team as a stand-in for now.

Alongside former Natus Vincere player Artem 'fng' Barshak, Mag has been able to adapt to the team and Virtus.pro Polar was able to win three out of their last four matches. In fact, both of them will be travelling to Stockholm, Sweden with the team to participate in the 2nd Phase of the DreamLeague Season 2. As for Scandal, he has been playing with Team Empire lately, standing in for the team's designated captain Roman 'Resolut1on' Fominok.

Current Virtus.pro Polar roster:
