MLG T.K.O : European Division concludes, American matches postponed

The European group stage is over for MLG T.K.O. with Fnatic and RoX.KIS attaining the required points to move to the next round, along with Team Empire. The American matches were postponed, but the three teams to advance are already known.

Today was the last playday for Stage Two of MLG T.K.O., for both the European and American Divisions. The American matches were postponed due to a technical issue, but they would only have an impact on the amount of points each team gets for the next stage. On the other side, the European matches were significant, as they would determine which team gets the second and third place of the group, that lead to Stage Three.

In the end, Power Rangers were the 'losers' of the night in the European Division, as they only managed to get one point through their tie with Fnatic, after losing 2-0 to RoX.KIS. Fnatic were also able to take down RoX.KIS with 2-0 victory, securing the second place in the group with 7 points, behind Empire (8 points) and ahead of RoX.KIS (4 points). Empire will move to the next round with a two-point bonus, while Fnatic will also receive an one-point advantage.

The matches of the American division have been postponed, but the three teams that advance to Stage Three have already been decided. Evil Geniuses, Cloud9 and Team Liquid will be moving to the next round, and the two remaining games will determine how many bonus points the top-three teams will receive.
