TPL Season 5 playoffs started today, with Alliance taking down Evil Geniuses with a clean 2-0, avenging themselves for yesterday's loss in The Defense. Mousesports were also dominant in their against Virtus.Pro with 2-1, and they will continue in the Winners Bracket. For the final game of the day, Evil Geniuses managed to stay in the playoffs with a 2-1 match against Virtus.Pro.
The games continue tomorow with Alliance facing Mousesports for the Winners Bracket final at 14:00 CEST. The Lower Bracket finals will follow at 17:00 CEST, and the fifth season of The Premier League will conclude at 20:00 CEST with the Grand Finals. All the games will be played in a best-of-three format, and the grand final will be a best-of-five match.
