Mousesports vs Na`Vi in the D2L final

The finalists of Dota 2 League have been decided, it will be mousesports taking on the recent Alienware Cup champions Natus Vincere. The match will be held at Dreamhack Valencia.

After almost two months of daily Dota 2 action, it is down to the last two teams - and the very last match. Mousesports and Natus Vincere are the finalists of RaidCall Dota 2 League season 3 and the grand final will be played at Dreamhack Valenica. The event will take place July 18 to 21, the Dota 2 League final most likely to be played July 19.

The day started off with Natus Vincere beating Virtus.pro in the last match of the regular season, taking them out of their tie with Alliance and granting them the highest seed for the playoffs. Mousesports, finishing third during the season played some impressive Dota today, first taking out Team Dignitas and then the Swedish powerhouse Alliance. Both matches were won two to zero and at the end of the day, mousesports is one of the two teams shipping off to Valencia. The other team is Natus Vincere who have recently reclaimed the best-of-the-west title when they travelled to the east to conquer it all in Alienware Cup. They are back in Europe now and hungry for a western gold medal as proven tonight after beating Fnatic, using stand-in rmN instead of their carry player XBOCT.

This is Natus Vincere's first shot at a Dota 2 League title as they did not compete in the first season and only performed mediocre in the second one. Mousesports managed to reach the playoffs of the first season, then under the name "Team Zero" but was the first team to be eliminated and finished fourth. Alliance will face off Fnatic at a yet undisclosed date for the third place.

The season's prize pool is $10,000. The games will be casted by Aaron 'Ayesee' Chambers over at Dota2League's channel.
