Uebelst will be replacing Quantic Gaming in the tournament.

Quantic Gaming has decided to pull out of the Corsair Gaming Summer Tournament after one of their players was hospitalized. The tournament will run as usual while we find a replacement.

Group B of the Corsair Gaming Summer Tournament, deemed the group of death, will get a little less scary today as Quantic Gaming has decided to pull out from the tournament. According to Quantic's team manager Fabien 'Shiba' Turgis, Titouan 'Sockshka' Merloz has been hospitalized and due to that, they have decided not to play in the tournament.

We asked Shiba for an official statement but he refused to give any comments about the matter. We are currently still on the hunt for a replacement team and we will update you as soon as we hear back.

In any case, the tournament will run as usual and best-of-three GSL groupstage will be deployed to decide the top two teams going into the playoffs. Currently, iCCup and Virtus.Pro are the only two teams qualified for the playoffs.
