DotaValkyries and GosuGamers have partnered up to continue to elevate, highlight achievements, and support women in Dota 2.

DotaValkyries launched one year ago this month and since then have made not just a footprint but a deep impression for women within the Dota 2 scene.

The organization has supported women across all aspects of industry work from background and support functions to competing in online and LAN events and to showcasing their talent in broadcasting and coaching.

In order to grow and achieve even more, the next steps are necessary.

GosuGamers has been committed to using our platform to also bring attention to and initiate discourse regarding the experiences and future of women in esports —an objective that aligns perfectly with Dota Valkyries' ambition.

What better time to make an announcement that aims to elevate women than on International Women's Day?

Moving forward, our two organizations will work closely together on collaborations and projects to further this cause.

First up, let us take a moment to celebrate, pay tribute, and raise the voices of some of the various women in Dota 2.

Thank you to all the women who paved the way, who are currently fighting and pioneering new adventures and all those that inspire and support each and every one in pursuing their dreams.
