ESL One Manila: EU and NA qualifier teams, format and dates announced

<p>ESL have revealed the European and American teams that will be competing in the main qualifier for ESL One Manila. Teams are divided into two tiers, with Tier 2 teams playing in the first round, whilst Tier 1 teams will begin their challenge in the quarter finals.
