Reconnection tool almost ready

IceFrog has announced that the first version of the third-party tool he and Varlok have been working on will be launched soon.

According to the developer's blog, the tool has already been tested, efficiently resurrecting ruined games. This tool is something that everyone was looking forward to, since it was one of the main advantages that HoN had over DotA. The problems of losing a game to faulty internet or accidental cable pulls wasn't breaking the community apart, but it was certainly making the life of both competitive players and pubers harder. Now that the problem is (almost) solved, DotA can certainly be considered an alive and advancing game, and is sure to be taken (even) more seriously, when it comes to tournaments and similar events.

The other interesting fact about the incoming tool is that it will be open-source. That means that its evolution isn't exclusively on Varlock's and IceFrog's hands, so everyone can help improve it! It will also be free, and the source-code will be free to integrate in other projects.

Now, the exact release date isn't known, but "coming very soon" should do the trick. Cheers to IceFrog and Varlock!
