ESL have released more information on IEM Taipei, which is serving as an Asian Minor tournament.
Eight teams will clash for $50,000 prize and for two slots leading to next major's offline qualifier.
Two teams, Renegades and CyberZen, have directly been invited, while the rest of the teams will earn their respective slots throughout the regional qualifiers.
South East Asian qualifier - January 9th
Indian and Western Asian qualifier - January 9th-17th
Oceania qualifier - January 11th-16th
Chinese qualifier - January 11th-16th
East Asian qualifier - January 16th
Taiwanese qualifier - January 23rd-24th
As a reminder, IEM Taipei will be played on January 29th - February 2nd and will serve as a host for the Asian Minor Tournament, which is the first stage of the whole new qualifying process for the next major.
