In the last match of the second day of DreamHack Cluj-Napoca, the Frenchmen of EnVyUs denied Natus Vincere a quick progression into the playoffs.

Here we are. The last match of DreamHack Cluj-Napoca day 2, and what a match it was. Team EnVyUs faced off against Ukrainian Natus Vincere in a Bo1 match on de_mirage. Team EnVyUs started off with securing the first 3 rounds. However, having the big guns in hand, Natus Vincere managed to even the odds to a 3-3 score line. After that, the match was filled with ups and downs, backs and forths leading to a final half time score of 8-7 in favor of Team EnVyUs. Despite Ladislav "GuardiaN" Kovacs being on point with his AWP most of the time, Natus Vincere was not able to withstand the French aggression in order to win consecutive rounds on their terrorist half.
Based on an even half time score, the second half was potentionally up for everything. However, EnVyUs dominated Natus Vincere heavily, only allowing the Ukrainians 2 counter-terrorist rounds in total. Securing their second pistol round, Fabian "kioShiMa" Fiey denied Natus Vincere a good start into the second half with an insane USP-S 4k. Being quite dominant in the first half already, Nathan "NBK" Schmitt and Dan "apEX" Madesclaire took the French play to a whole new level. With laser-accurate aiming Natus Vincere was unable to do anything against that. Despite EnVyUs being so strong, Natus Vincere left the casters clueless with silly mistakes like taking a bomb site with the actual bomb still being dropped in their spawn zone. The match was closed with a 16-9 score line in favor of EnVyUs, giving them the ticket to the playoffs. Natus Vincere however still have a second chance in the decider match against Counter Logic Gaming tomorrow.
