Animal Squad signed by Legacy

Legacy eSports have acquired their first CS:GO team with the signing of Australian-based Animal Squad.

Animal Squad made headlines this week as they managed to win FACEIT Stage 3 Oceania and thereby qualify for the upcoming Dreamhack Winter. Now it has been announced that the Austrialian squad has been signed by new organization, Legacy eSports, who own a relatively successful League of Legends team also based in Australia. Legacy had the following to say on the move:

Here at Legacy we wanted to make sure that we didn’t enter the CS:GO scene without intention and care and we have been in discussion with the team for many months. “Being the first CS team that Legacy has taken on, we are extremely keen to help build the organisation’s reputation as one of Oceania’s top Esports organisations.

It is with great pleasure that we welcome the Animal Squad to the Legacy family. Legacy’s aim is to provide the best possible platform for all of its players and we are grateful the former Animal Squad boys trust us to assist them in achieving further success.
