Christopher ‘GeT_RiGhT’ Alesund has expressed worry over his prescription for his medical condition potentially not being allowed at major events.

Recently Christopher 'GeT_RiGhT' Alesund has taken to twitter, expressing clearly that he is unsure of the situation with the introduction of the anti-doping system. To remind you, the anti-doping agencies have been invited in light of an interview taken from former Cloud9 player Kory ‘semphis’ Friesen, where he explained that allegedly the ‘‘whole team was on Adderall’’. Adderall is a psychostimulant drug that is used to treat ADHD in adults, it is worth noticing that is has also been used by students to allow for prolonged periods of focus while studying.

The whole situation is rather strange and ambiguous, as ESL One has not made a comprehensive and available list of drugs that are explicitly prohibited. People have various health conditions and they should be absolutely certain they can compete at majors without having to feel uneasy about their prescriptions. It is also true, however, that there is scope for abuse of such substances in order to enhance individuals’ performances in-game, creating a very thin line for those who will think twice before abusing such methods of doping.
