ESEA have announced that the 2015 year of their ESEA League will feature over $600,000 split between the 3 seasons.
This will have over double the total prize pool for 2014, a true mark of the significant growth that CS:GO has experienced in the past year.
The money will be split between ESEA League Season 18, 19, and 20 which will have the following prize pools:
Season 18 increased to $200k
Season 19 increased to $200k+
Season 20 increased to $200k+
ESEA League Season 18 Global Invite LAN will feature the following prize pool distribution:
1st place prize tripled to $70,000
2nd place prize tripled to $25,000
3rd place prize tripled to $15,000
In addition, ESEA will also be doubling the prize pool of their Premier division to $12,000 in an effort to "support teams fighting to make their way into Invite". ESEA also boasts that this will be more than what other companies feature for their Professional divisions.
