NiP Maikelele: ”Eager to get my first international CS:GO title”

In an interview with aftonbladet, Swedish CS:GO player for Ninjas in Pyjamas Mikail "Maikelele" Bill talks about the upcoming MLG X Games, his teammates' performances, and the home team advantage.

After replacing longtime NiP player Robin "fifflaren" Johansson last year, Mikail "Maikelele" Bill has proven to be a very talented player throughout his short three month spell in the Swedish lineup.

Now, the player has gotten together with aftonbladet to do an interview, talking about the upcoming MLG X Games, teammate performances, and team strategies.

When asked about the group they were placed in and the North American home team advantage at the event, the young player said the following:

It’s a tough group with great teams. We have to be on point and play great right off the bat. I think the first rounds of the first game will have a big signifigance on the end result. We’re good at turning games around and we always have to keep our heads high. Even if we’re trailing 0-7 we should be able to turn it around and win. We’re in Cloud9's and the other american teams’ home field, and they’re know to perform well there.

In addition, he said the following when asked about his own teammates' performances:

You always feel that you have great support and personally I feel he deserved the title, if you look at the past tournaments. In my earlier teams I was always the one top fragging and doing the clutches, but it’s kinda hard in this team when you’re surrounded by the best players in the world. You just have to do your thing and give it all you’ve got.
