If you are facing issues with the process of registering a GosuGamers account, please contact the support.
We are approaching the final qualifiers of the second Awesome Cup. Obviously we want everyone who feels like participating to be able to participate. Therefore we encourage everyone who might receive any technical issues with the registration process to contact the GosuGamers support. Be it problems with the activiation email, problems with the teams, or problems with the Steam ID.
In case you are having problems with the activation email
- Send a mail to support[at]gosugamers.net
- While doing so, mention your username and the email account used for registration
In case you can not figure out the Steam ID
- First find your Steam community profile URL (http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx (length may vary)
- Open this page (steamid.io) and paste the Steam community profile URL there
- Mark and select the Steam ID (STEAM_X:X:XXXXXXXX (length may vary)
- Paste it into the Game Account field, when you are signing up for a tournament
