How to start and result games

The qualifier is live! Find out below how to communicate with the opponents and how to result your games.


Find your match

  1. Press the "Tournaments" tab, and click the "Bracket" button for the relevant qualifier which will reveal the full qualifier bracket
  2. Find your match in the bracket and click it, this will send you to the match page
  3. Make you sure logged in when opening the page. You will see the STEAM ID for the captain of your team as well as the opponent's captain. Add the opponent captain and discuss further details. If you do not know how to add the STEAM ID, paste it into this tool (steamidconverter.com), it will provide you with the Steam profile from which you can click "Add friend". Note that you need to be logged in on Steam.

 

Select map and heroes

  1. One of the captains start a session at AwesomeDraft.com/ac2 and provides the opponent-link to the other team. Make sure the correct team names are used, select Map Veto and Random starting team. You also need to post the observer view link in the match page comments.
  2. After map and Nauts have been drafted, create a game lobby and invite your team mates as well as the other team. For that you need to have added each other on Steam.

 

Resulting your match

  1. After each game, enter the result at the match by clicking the button "Enter Result"
  2. When entering result also state which map was played
  3. It is required to upload a replay of the game (*.rar) when resulting. You need to compress the folder of the game replay into a rar file.
  4. When a match is resulted, the winner will automatically advance in the bracket

 

Facing issues and contacting admins

  • You may may contact admins by pressing "Reports & Messages" at the match page. Players of the other team will also have access of the messages written there.
  • You can also contact an admin or search for the opponents at the official Steam group. Join it and enter the group chat.
  • Always contact an admin before assuming you get a default win for whichever reason

  1. 1pm EDT / 10am PDT / 19 CEST - Round of 128
  2. 2pm EDT / 11am PDT / 20 CEST - Round of 64
  3. 3pm EDT / 12pm PDT / 21 CEST - Round of 32
  4. 4pm EDT / 1pm PDT / 22 CEST - Round of 16
  5. 5pm EDT / 2pm PDT / 23 CEST - Round of 8
  6. 6pm EDT / 3pm PDT / 00 CEST - Round of 4
  7. 7pm EDT / 4pm PDT / 01 CEST - Round of 2 (best of three)
  8. NOTE #1: Depending on the amount of teams and rounds, round of 64 might start at 1pm EDT / 10am PDT instead.
  9. NOTE #2: You may start a match sooner than the scheduled time if both teams and the admins agree.
