All finalists ready!

The qualifiers are over for this time and all eight finalists are known. The playoffs take place this coming weekend (Jan 17-18).

After four successful qualifiers, all of them full to the brim except the very first one which was only short one single team, there are now only eight teams still standing. They will face off this weekend in a double eliminations playoffs, starting Saturday at 17 CET (11am EST, 8am PST).

This recent weekend saw european squad Ion claiming the victory in qualifier three and the persistent brazilians in Team Boom topping the fourth one. Boom is the team with most the Awesome Cup experience as they finished high in the three first qualifiers before eventually reaching success in the final one. They have played 22 matches in the tournament so far.
