The GosuGamers Overwatch crew gathered this weekend for the debut episode of the Capture Points podcast, tackling topics like the state of supports and why playing Genji makes you a horrible person.
“Capture Points” is a weekly talk show about Blizzard’s team-based FPS. Hosted by veteran journalist Radoslav “Nydra” Kolev and his co-hosts Tom “Matthieist” Matthiesen, Jacob “Manmode” Godfrey and Robert “Hexagrams” Kirkbride, the podcast aims to cover all the hot topics of Overwatch, whether they are tied with casual or competitive play, hero and role balance, or state of the game in general.
The first episode touches on the state of supports in Overwatch and particularly whether they are perhaps lacking playmaking ability. Are there any lessons Overwatch can learn from MOBA games? What are the most exciting supports to play in our eyes? Why Robert hates Genji players?
