In a similar way to the Soldier: 76 release, Blizzard is about to divulge more information on at least two more heroes.
Blizzard is back, hyping us up yet again with some promotional/lore-based materials. People who have been following Overwatch on the usual communication channels, Twitter/Reddit/Youtube, have gone through this ride before. Because a few days before Soldier: 76 was revealed, the @PlayOverwatch account teased their followers with this. Today, a similar series of tweets were sent out from different localized twitter accounts. Their contents all come down to this:

A fun Easter egg of sorts is that the mentioned email address actually works and is set up to auto respond to any and all mails with the following message:
Thank you for contacting A Moment in Crime's anonymous crime line!
We have analyzed your submission and forwarded the information to the relevant parties. Your help could be vital in apprehending these criminals and bringing them to justice. These fugitives are responsible for a string of robberies, arson, and other crimes stretching from Sydney to King's Row. Authorities believe that they have set their sights on crossing the Atlantic to America.

In terms of speculation on the actual characters pictured, the community has been calling the gasmask/pig character Fat Bane (like Batman's Bane) for a while now. But there are signs out there that his name will actually be Road Hog. The other character however has not been been pictured in other artwork before, but I already call him Crazy-hair Joker. In any case, we can expect more information on both these playable characters to come out in the coming days.
