The day kicked off with the most anticipated match of the day, TSM vs. Curse Gaming. Though Curse had some solid picks, TSM has been reverting back to their old aggressive style. Through the excellent use of dives and not backing down from the offense.

TSM scared of nothing in their playstyle.

After pushing the lead and not letting it go, TSM showed a strange sense of superiority over the rank 1 team in the NA LCS, showing that even though they may be a bit inconsistent, they are climbing as a force to be reckoned with.

Game 2 of the day would show Lautemortis' confidence in his jungle Shen as his flash taunt at level 1 would help snowball NickWu's top lane with his first blood catch. Not only that, we also see the versatility of PR0LLY by picking Annie bravely in a competitive LCS match and doing work with it.

This game started poorly for Vulcun at level 1.

What we've seen time after time is Complexity's team benefiting greatly off the benching of Chuuper while Vulcun clearly didn't show as much promise with their readjustments. Though Vulcun held strong early, they could not stop the snowball of Complexity.

Good Game University finds themselves coming into week 8 of the North American LCS with much more confidence and their performance showed. While MRN put a lot of pressure early on into the 2v1 lanes, it was not enough to hold off the domination that NintendudeX would showcase on Nocturne in this matchup.

After several nice cleanups on the account of Good Game University as well as superb jungle pressure, MRN found themselves crushed from a team that came into the LCS looking hopeless through the middle of the series.

Perhaps the most important match of the week happened for Curse Gaming to end the weekend after losing their game to TSM. If Curse Gaming lost to Vulcun Command tonight, they would find themselves in the #2 slot behind Team Dignitas. Luckily, they stayed ahead the entire lead to keep their thrones.

Saint approves of this.

Unfortunately for Vulcun, they only had one point in the mid-game where they felt they could contest Curse Gaming, but it wasn't enough for them as they were rolled over promptly after, leaving no hope for them and eventually a defeat for Vulcun.

An MVP reward was handed out to award 'PR0LLY' of Complexity for not only displaying an impressive showing as a greenhorn to the LCS, but also for using a unique and innovative roster of champions to display his dominance.
