In a "King of the Hill" tournament style, teams will battle it out to be on top of the list to be crowned king. If they manage to get 3 wins in a row, hence Killing Spree when being king, they will be awarded prize money.
The event is described as perpetual and will see the top four North-American teams play against each other with one playday per week.
