Virtus.pro is the first team to drop out of the tournament after having lost two best-of-three match-ups. Yesterday, they faced Team Empire and today they fought against fnatic, losing both matches 2-1.

After their ASUS FBOTY win, Team Empire was eager to advance to the finals without dropping a match, but Na'Vi defied the Russians and beat them 2-0. Empire will now meet fnatic in the Lower Bracket finals to decide who gets to advance to the grand finals. During their last match-up, fnatic took a 2-0 win in The Premier League, securing themselves the first place over the Russians.
