The Defense's Season III Qualifier is going into the final stage tomorow, 28th of November 2012 so get ready for countless games in the triple elimination grid.
The top eight teams from the qualifiers will battle it out for The Defense with its $20,000 cash prize. They will be competing in a double and triple elimination bracket with best-of-one held matches.
"Triple elimination means that there are three brackets (instead of two like in double elimination). Whoever loses in the upper bracket on day 2, moves to the middle bracket. Whoever loses in the middle bracket on day 3, moves to the lowerbracket."
Qualifier Information:
* Pool system until top 32
* Double elimination grid from 32 teams onwards
* Triple elimination grid from 12 teams onwards
* Top 4 upper bracket teams qualify
* Top 2 middle bracket teams qualify
* Top 2 lower bracket teams qualify
Besides the teams from the qualifier, there also be 24 invited teams competing for the prizes.
