It was China on Oceania today in day two of G-1 Champions League group stage action as LGD and TongFu took on N9 and Sequential Gaming. LGD took out Sequential Gaming convincingly while N9 gave TongFu a run for their money.

At times, Natural 9 looked as though they were unprepared to due with the Song of the Siren from Naga Siren but an interesting lineup gave them just what they needed to recover from a close first game loss against TongFu. The team was able to gain a huge experience lead over their Chinese opponents while making sure that they attempted Roshan whenever it was available.
The recent 6.75 nerf to Brewmaster's Ultimate also allowed Enigma to prevent Primal Split from decimating N9 in teamfights with Black King Bar and Black Hole granting Enigma absolute control during fights. Natural 9 was able to claim mega rax and the win after 50 minutes of play.

As one would expect, LGD exhibited conventional picks in both games, with Sylar on the Anti Mage in the first and on his signature Lone Druid in the second. In what was going to be a one-sided game for the Chinese powerhouse, LGD adopted a heavily aggressive push strategy in this second game.
Nudging away at middle barracks at only 11 minutes, LGD's early siege hinted at their plan for the rest of the game. After a brief period of farm, the team spent the next ten minutes trying to enter Sequential's base via the top lane, but careless play along with the teamfight potential of Enigma and Tidehunter gave the New Zealand team some time to catch up.
However, all was soon lost when the Sequential was unable to execute both Ultimates properly in a push by LGD at 27 minutes and the team went on to clear two lanes of barracks.
It's all Chinese action tomorrow as a mega-showdown between iG and LGD kicks off at 09:30 CET while DK battles TongFu later at 14:00 CET. Meanwhile, check out vods of last night's matches.
