It has been rather dull lately, with few tournaments in progress and nothing much happening in the DotA world. What better way to kick the boredom by holding a showmatch series?
Every week starting from this Sunday, we will pit two of the best teams in South East Asia against each other to show off their talents in Dota 2. The showmatch series will be a King of the Hill style with the winning team staying on to challenge the next team.
This week's showmatch will be between the recently crowned ESTC champions, Orange.DotA from Malaysia and JoY from Australia. JoY are unknown to many in the international scene, but they are one of the top contenders in the Australian DotA scene.
The showmatch will be a Best of Three series and will be played on Dota 2. Scheduled time for the game is at 1400 CET on the 16th of October 2011. The game will be streamed so those who do not have the beta yet can still tune in when the game goes live. Official GosuGamers stream will be done by JerleMinara.
