The group nominations for GSL August are over and the final picture is more than interesting. Half of the groups will see champions fighting champions and the remaining pools will be no walk in the park either.
One of the most thrilling moments at the nomination ceremony was definitely MC announcing that he wants to pick an easy opponent and placing MVP's name on the board seconds later. By the end of the day, this Group B grew into what it seems the group of death as GSL Super champion Polt and the promising terran Noblesse joined the party.
The only three-times champion NesTea also ended up in a hard group. The master of ZvZ got only a single zerg opponent - Kyrix, with MMA (seeded into Code S based on his MLG performance) and Happy being the other two competitors.
The only foreigner HuK found himself in the company of Killer, Bomber and Violet, the four completing also one of the toughest groups for August.
