Naniwa was able to reach first place in the pool play. After a loss to LosirA in the first round of the championship brackets, he is now paired against two-time GSL champion MC.This match couldn't be more hyped. Titled the best Protoss in Europe against the best Protoss in Korea going up against each other to decide who will reach the lower championship bracket semi final.
Naniwa entered the main stage, and on his way to the booth show host JP McDaniel thought beating MC was possible. Naniwa simply answered with an "of course" and a smirky face.
McDaniel then went on to present MC to the crowd, and asked him the same thing.

The winner of the match, starting in only a couple of minutes, will go up against IdrA in the lower championship bracket semi final.
