The Dallas champion Naniwa continues his streak of MLG perfection by stomping through Moon with a 2-0 score by displaying an immaculate defence in both sets.
Moon found Naniwa a hard hill to conquer and his constant Roach/Baneling drop aggression on Shakuras Plateau did not pay the dividents he was hoping for. Naniwa showed that he can be a master of defence and by patiently turtling and force-fielding every attempt of Roach bust, he soon outbased and outmacroed the Zerg to win the opening game.
A crazy build came from Moon on Tal'Darim Altar going for quick lair into overlord upgrades. He then proceeded with consecutive speedling drops in attempt to catch Naniwa off guard but as it appears that is no easy task and by defending those attacks the reigning champion pushed in for the win.
So how does Naniwa handles it all so far? In the follow-up interview, the Dignitas Protoss shares that he really feels a great pressure due to his previous MLG results but overall feels great being at the event. As for his opponent, he seems most scared of Losira and looking forward to a match with MC. Well, he won't be seeing those soon, as he has to go through Slush, Drewbie and Gretorp in Pool A first.
