Bigfoot DotA Challenge reaches final stage

Despite a comparatively low-set prize pool, the event hosts from excello DotA managed to gather an elite field of competitors for their tournament. Throughout the next month, the following 16 teams will play in a best-of-one, single elimination bracket for five Bigfoot Killer network cards; a nice filler until the next tournaments are announced.

Prior to the finals, a qualification tournament featuring 32 teams and a few playoff rounds were held, from which unique, inF, sharks, SGC, nF and paiN advanced. The remaining field received wildcards and did not collect any experience in the event. In exchange for the smaller prizes, the tournament hosts did everything to organize the competition to be as comfortable as possible for the competing teams. Until the best-of-three grand final, teams only have to schedule one game per week.

The time frame for the first round officially started yesterday, and first games are expected to be played soon. Gosubets and replays for all matches will be provided. GosuGamers will play their first match against the fearsome Danes from shift - good luck!
