Area 51: New offline tournament season for 2011

More and more DotA can be seen at the new eSports Arena in Kiev. As cyberarena.tv announced last week, the Area 51 tournament series is about to start. Read below for more information.

The season consists of five double eliminiation bo1 tournaments, held each month from February onwards. The climactic peak marks a big concluding LAN tournament afterwards with a high, yet undetermined prize pool. The whole series takes place at the previously mentioned eSports Arena in Kiev. Edition one of the quinquepartite season is set to commence this weekend at the 12th of February and will feature 32 teams. For the whole event counts: Contenders who already came out victorious in one tournament within the season, are not able to play again

A lot of prizes, including money are up for grabs as well; Winner and runner up of this months tournament will also get the enrollment fee for the ASUS Winter Open 2011 funded.

In order to register, fill out the form at the eSports Arena reception and pay the registration fee.
