ESL announce new event with €5,000 Euro prize pool

ESL added another cup to their long list of events when they announced a weekly €100 Euro tournament today. The tournament is sponsored by Sennheiser.

During the course of the next 16 weeks, the "Sennheiser StarCraft 2 Cup" will be handing out €100 Euros to a winner each Saturday.

The winner of each cup also qualifies for an offline playoff that will culminate at the technology expo gamescom in Köln, Germany on May 28. The prize pool for the playoff is set to €3,400 Euros, with the winner taking 2,000 of those.
