Naama and dignitas.merz are now in a dire situation. Even with wins against their remaining opponents, their fate lies in the fact that the three opponents above them do not win anymore matches.

Players in Group B could still see themselves shuffled around quite a bit in day 2. SjoW and GoOdy have placed themselves in favourable positions however. The 2-0 leads they take in Group B allows them to comfortably enter day 2 while ClouD and aAaSarenS will have to try very hard to get back into playoff contention.

Day 2 games will begin at 11:00 CET on January 21st 2011 with ClouD and aAaSarenS playing against each other. This will be a very important match for both as neither of them can afford another loss. Along with this match is GoOdy versus PredY. GoOdy will attempt to clinch a playoff spot while PredY will attempt to stay within playoff spot contention.

All replays can be found on the ESL website.
