Stryke, BlowMe, Ede, neNo- and SaM
After constant battles with DmZ, LAN and followers for the title of Germanys best team, the players from EDTN (formerly sponsored by Competo) decided to hang up their keyboards and go seperate ways.
The duration of their activity lasted 14 months, containing various participations in the best online leagues, Europe has to offer. The team was the star; no one stood out and all players worked for each other. Having established a foster unity among themselves, Competo decided incorporate the talents under their banner in December 09, which the team payed back with a 1st place finish at the ESL Major Series VI in mid July last year.
Explaining the situation is Angelo "neNo-" Caula Gonzalez in the following statement, which he decided to share with us:
“First of all I want to say thanks to my team! It was a really great time, we had a lot of fun and i enjoyed every game. Due to some inactive players like Stryke- and Sam-, we had to make a decision, being either get new players or disband. We tried to search at first but who to take? its not that easy you know, so thats why we disbandend. I wish my old members and friends best of luck in the future! At the moment I scrim with a new team, whose name I won't say now because its not really clear if i join there or not, or if they accept me.

The future of neNo's team mates is yet to be determined; except from EDTN's side solo player BlowMe, who will join his friend hexOr in magical Gaming, which will take EDTN's slot in the current season of Pick League.
Regardless of where the paths will lead, best of luck to the players, it was a great time!
