Mushi continues career in China

There has been rumors saying that one of Malaysia's best DotA player, Mushi will be leaving his old team Nirvana.MY and joining up with a team in China. Well now its confirmed, Mushi along with mamamiya joins up with GMX, now known as CCM.

Since the formation of the team, SGamer caught up with the team's leader, ShuiGuo for an interview. GosuGamers has it translated for your reading pleasure.

Firstly, thank you for taking the time off for this interview with SGamer.com. So tell us a little about yourself, what are you up to lately?
-"Hello everybody, I am ShuiGuo. I've been busy settling the team's training facilities lately as well as some other team related issues."

Before the start of WDC, there have been various changes to a few teams in China. For example Deity going through a player restructuring, LGD adding a new member and moving into Cyber Arena (A LAN center in China). What about you guys?
-"Due to a few sponsor related issues as well as the team's condition not being the best, we missed out on WDC. We feel very disappointed with that. After we got word that Mushi intends to stay in China as a professional player, we had the organization negotiate with him and finally we invited Mushi and Mamamiya to join us."

This is a very big news, having added both Muhsi and Mamamiya there is bound to be some players leaving. Which two will be leaving then?
-"Kabu and yodeman will leave. They have actually left the team for some time now."

Since you said that they have already left for some time now. Is that the reason for bringing in Mushi and Mamamiya? I've heard a few teams have approached Mushi to join their team, but it was Mushi's personal choice to join your time.
-"I think both scenario applies here."

Then what comments do you have regarding Mushi and Mamamiya?
-"Mushi is a very talented player, he usually plays the carry or semi-carry role which is exactly what we are currently lacking in the team. We can have a better role allocation this way. Mamamiya is my old teammate so I wont comment much on that."

In a previous interview you mentioned that there is some internet problems with your previous training facilities. But just then you mentioned you were busy with it. Have you solved it by now?
-"Its still the same provider, but I guess I should explain more about this. Before we were based in DaLian and right before RotK we are already not affliated with our former sponsor GMX anymore. Part of the cost was covered by our new sponsor but we still used the name GMX at RotK. The team is now known as CCM and is based in Beijing."

Then, what is the meaning of the new team name, CMM?
-"Take a guess."

In one of the WDC Video interviews we found out that Mushi speaks very good Chinese, so there should be no problems with the team's communication I suppose. But due to the different play styles of China and Malaysia, do you think Mushi can get used to it quickly?
-"Indeed, Mushi's Chinese is very good, there is absolutely no problem with our communication. As for play style, I believe once we play a few games there will be no problem."

From now onwards, most tournaments will be using the new 6.69c map. You must have seen some of the games at WDC, what are your thoughts on the new map version?
-"There doesn't seem to be any tournament that is still using 6.68 now actually. Compared to 6.68, 6.69 is more fast paced and I think more heroes will be used in the this version."

One of the biggest upcoming tournament is SMM, will you the team participate?
-"Currently unsure yet, but if we have a chance we will definitely go."

Then we wish you good luck in future tournaments, any final words to end this interview?
-"Big thanks to our sponsors as well as all our fans."
