Yes, I got up early and followed all of our games before I went to school. Given the circumstances, I actually believe they did pretty well for themselves with two losses that could easily have been turned into wins.”Were or are you in contact with your teammates during the event and if yes; what did they say and how are they doing?
“
I wasn't, no. I caught them after the groupstage on a stream with V1lat and dropped a few sentences for DeMoN to answer.”MYM played with Mamamiya as standin. How did he fit, according to your opinion?
“
Since I was only able to watch the streams, I haven't been able to pass proper judgement on it, but in any scenario: Having a standin you have never played with before and hardly even communicates in your language is a huge handicap. Those two things aside, I think he did fine, as his Dark Seer was really good and I can't imagine anyone being able to do more with Dusa than he did.”Would you say the team could have made it to the playoffs with you as captain and leader?

The team could have gone to playoffs with mamamiya too, but yes, I definitely think we would have had a chance on moving on from groupstage.”Whats your opinion on the organisation of the event? replay policy; did you enjoy the games, etc.

I always dislike events that doesn't submit the replays for the public straight away. I simply don't understand why they would want to keep them private. I understand the streaming part though I'm thankful that the Russian stream on own3d.tv existed otherwise I wouldn't have seen the games.”In case you followed it; EHOME published a complaint post on sgamers forums about bad pr management on the organisations part. Any statement or take from you?
“
Yeah, I can understand their frustration but as I also commented on GG.net, I think some of his views were somewhat ridiculous. Like DTS not having any lategame hero and how he felt annoyed that the other Chinese topteams met University teams in first round and EHOME didn't. Since I don't know any of the details I'll stay out of that discussion though.”You met EHOME at ESWC; what can you tell us about them?
“
We didn't get to play them, if that's what you think, but on a personal level they're really nice and humble guys with a seemingly good sense of humour. The language barrier prevents me from knowing them any better.”Did you find any aspect about the drafts and strategies of the teams surprising? any heroes or tactics you would have gone for, which we havent seen when we take version 6.69c into consideration?
“
Yeah, there was a lot of things that disappointed me in the picks. Most teams except LGD and DTS seemed very conservative in their drafts, rather than exploring and exploiting heroes such as Queen of Pain, Syllabear, Invoker and such; my own team included, but that's understandable considering the absence of a captain and strategist.”I see, last question: Who will you bet your tangos on for tomorrows games. DTS vs AEON.MuFc and Deity vs Nirvana?
