After this recent turn of events, we sat down with luccianoz, one of the organisation's caretakers, for a short interview to enlighten us on the situation:
Hello there Ibrahim, thanks for taking the time! To start right away, a lot of people, myself included, would have expected you to be in the EEDL staff, but now this announcement. What happened?
-"The main reason I left EEDL was, due to some unfulfilled conditions and arrangements on the part of some colleagues over there. Things like the not-renewing of hostbots even though the money was paid, happenings concerning the behavior of admins and stuff along those lines made me leave and move on."
Lets talk about your new project then. LDCL's younger brother, for how many players did you construct and optimize it?
-"While we currently have about 200 players in LDCL, the new Highlevel Division should be able to handle up to 1000 contestants. We use two big bots located in the UK and Germany and each of them is capable of carrying 25 games simultaneously."
How will the rewarding system look like? How can a player, coming from Highlevel, advance to the Champions League?
-"We will promote ten players to the Champions class after every season; money rewards for both LDCL and LDHL included. The prize distribution for the Champios League is: $500 for the 1st, $300 for the 2nd and $200 for the 3rd.
For the Highlevel League its: $200, $150 and $100 for the places one, two and three."
Whats the timeframe of a season in the LOST DotA Leagues?
-"Its 3 months exactly for each Division."
How can you apply for a vouch in the Highlevel League? Do you need advocates to vote for you beforehand, or is everybody free to assign?
-"The voting system is just for the Champions Division in force. For Highlevel, you can apply via the forums on our newly launched website. www.lostorg.com/forums is the place, where you open a thread, send some of your games to us and wait for our reply. Recommendations from other people will also be taken into consideration."
