The evening will start with a CS:S match between team GAMED.DE and Team SPEEDLINK. Not my cup of tea, but nevertheless it has the potential to be entertaining.

First half of the CS:S match done. I really like the atmosphere here with everyone being really enthusiastic and cheering for their favourite team. The players are also doing a great job shouting at each other.

Seems like I really dont know much about CS:S, the game suddenlly ended and SC2 is coming up! Pregame interviews are done and the players sat down ready to battle it out.

First map will be Scrap Station. Cloud as the Terran playing against Insolence the Protoss, who decides to start his game with some cheese: a proxy barracks nearby the ennemy rocks but Cloud finds it immeadiatly

Cloud succesfully defends the rush and Insolence is abandoning his proxy warpgate, he now transitions to a robotics bay with four warpgates, whereas the Terran relies on his heavy infantry

First attack by the Terran player attacking the Protos's newly built expansion. He manages to deal quite some damage but eventually loses all his Marines&Marauders to a good Zealot, Stalker, Protector mix.

Both players now comfortably sit on two bases playing rather defensively. The Protos is now adding high templars in order to counter the Infantry mix from the Terran player.

Insolence manages to take out the Terran's main army and his expansion. Meanwhile some marines dropped at the Protos expansion wiping out all harvesters.

Game over! Insolence uses his advantage, takes down the backdoor for Cloud's base and simply runs over the Terran army. GG well played!

This is it for me, it was a great event. The ESL really put a lot of effort into this event booking this concert hall and setting up everything perfectly. I really enjoyed these Friday Night Games, allthough I have no clue about CS, the crowd and the amazing shoutcaster were really entertaining. Currently the last match is running: CS1.6 ESC vs YDK but sadly I have to go.
